Shipping and Returns


We currently ship only to the 50 United States and cannot ship to a P.O. box. Shipping is a flat rate and all packages will ship via UPS.



If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of Optum Good Sleep (“Product”), you have 30 days from receipt of shipment to request a full refund.  To qualify for a full refund, the following requirements must be met: 


All returns must include all original items, including the packaging and written instructions.


Additional terms and conditions

Customers are responsible for and must pre-pay shipping costs associated with returns and assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Optum.


Refunds will be processed and paid within 2-weeks of receipt of returned product by Optum (presuming condition of return is approved). 

A credit of the full purchase price will appear on the customer’s credit card statement.



Contact Optum Customer Support at 1-855-440-5579 and indicate the problems with your package.  Customer Support will respond with an email outlining the exchange steps.  We will promptly ship your replacement.  The replacement product will include a new program start guide.  You will be required to return all original items, including packaging and written instructions in a sturdy box.
